Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using LazyPostin ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including free and paid subscribers.

2. What LazyPostin does

LazyPostin is a SaaS product that converts YouTube video content into LinkedIn posts, hooks, carousels, newsletter drafts, and other social media content using AI. You can also connect your LinkedIn account to schedule and publish content automatically.

3. Your account

You must be 18 or older to create an account.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
You may not share your account with others or create multiple accounts to exploit the free tier.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Credits & billing

How credits work

Processing a YouTube video costs 1 credit. Generating a graphic costs 0.5 credits (charged once per project on Free and Creator plans; free on Pro). Credits are deducted at the time of use.

Free plan

New accounts receive 3 free credits. Free credits do not expire but are not refundable or transferable.

Paid plans & top-ups

Subscriptions and credit top-ups are processed by Lemon Squeezy (merchant of record). By purchasing, you agree to Lemon Squeezy's Terms of Service.

Refunds

Credits and subscriptions are generally non-refundable once used. If you experience a technical issue that prevented service delivery, email hello@lazypostin.com within 7 days and we will review your case.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use LazyPostin to:

Process videos you do not have the rights to use
Generate or publish spam, misleading content, or content that violates LinkedIn's terms
Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the API
Circumvent rate limits or credit checks through automated means
Engage in any activity that could harm the service or other users

6. Intellectual property

You retain full ownership of the content you generate using LazyPostin. We do not claim any rights over posts, scripts, carousels, or other outputs produced for you.

LazyPostin's platform, branding, UI, and underlying technology are our property and may not be copied, reproduced, or redistributed without written permission.

7. LinkedIn integration

When you connect your LinkedIn account, you authorise LazyPostin to publish posts on your behalf at times you choose. You remain responsible for all content published to your LinkedIn profile. LazyPostin is not affiliated with LinkedIn Corporation.

8. AI-generated content

Content is generated by AI models. While we ground outputs in the source video's transcript, AI can make mistakes. You are responsible for reviewing and editing AI-generated content before publishing. Do not publish content without reading it first.

9. Availability & changes

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service with reasonable notice. Significant changes to paid plans will be communicated by email at least 14 days in advance.

10. Limitation of liability

LazyPostin is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits, data loss, or missed business opportunities arising from use of the Service.

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months prior to the claim.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first; failing that, through binding arbitration.
